Dariusz Karpowicz is a seasoned adviser in the financial services industry. After gaining valuable experience working with an established broker, he founded his own practice, Albion Financial Advice. This firm is dedicated to assisting clients in acquiring properties and advising on various mortgage options.

In 2013, Dariusz co-founded the Polish Business House, a business organisation aimed at fostering entrepreneurship within the Eastern European community and supporting existing businesses. The organisation regularly hosts networking events, providing a platform for businesses to connect, share ideas, and engage in collective training.

Born and raised in Gdańsk, Poland, Dariusz moved to the United Kingdom in 2006. He has a noteworthy background as the managing director of a recruitment company, overseeing operations across four countries and managing a team of over 500 employees.

Outside of his professional life, Dariusz is a devoted husband and father to three daughters. He also harbours a passion for motorbikes, which occupies much of his leisure time.
