With a genuine passion for guiding people through the mortgage process, she provides dedicated, end-to-end support from the very first conversation right through to the moment the keys are handed over.
Education
Natalia holds a Master's degree in Property Management from the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn. Her academic background in real estate provides a solid foundation of knowledge that she brings to every client interaction, ensuring a thorough understanding of property markets and valuations.
Experience at Albion
Natalia has worked at Albion Financial Advice for several years, a specialist mortgage advisory firm serving clients of all nationalities throughout the United Kingdom. During her time at the company, she also served as a manager, giving her an excellent understanding of the process from both the client's perspective and the organisational side.
Your Personal Mortgage Broker
Today, Natalia works directly with clients as their personal mortgage broker. She manages every case from the initial consultation right through to the moment the keys are collected. Clients benefit from direct contact with her and comprehensive support, backed by the experience and resources of the entire Albion team.
The firm she works for is regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), which gives her access to the full range of products on the financial market: 100+ banks and dozens of insurance companies. This enables her to recommend solutions tailored to each client's individual circumstances, without any hidden commissions.

Beyond the Office
Outside of work, Natalia is a proud mum of two children and a happily married woman. She loves to travel and show her children the world, enjoys baking cakes, and sometimes likes to simply slow down - preferably under canvas on a camping trip. Her warmth and approachability in her personal life carry through into everything she does professionally.
